Annual Event Program Enrollment

3D Rendering Agreement:
My company shall work with Berkley to receive pre-approval of any AE display. A 3D rendering of the display and the shipping shroud (showing outside dimensions) must be submitted for approval. An electronic PDF can be emailed to annualevent@goberkley.com

Color Matching Agreement:
My company shall work with Berkley to receive color match approvals by submitting color match swatches to:

A green pre-addressed return envelope for color match swatches will be mailed to each AE Supplier using the address provided on the AE Enrollment Form.

ISTA Ship Testing Agreement:
I also agree that my display company shall produce and submit a final corrugated design for each palletized display to an ISTA certified testing lab. Submitted displays shall pass a full ISTA 3E shipping test and I am to send the final test results to Berkley. The cost of the ISTA 3E testing is the responsibility of the product supplier. A list of certified testing labs can be found on the ISTA website located online at https://ista.org. An electronic copy of the ISTA test results can be emailed to annualevent@goberkley.com
Compliance with these processes is crucial to successfully execute Programs for Walmart’s Annual Event.
