Warehousing & Pack Out

Packaging Logistics and Packout Services

Co-Packing and Assembling Retail Displays

Berkley provides end-to-end packaging solutions, including structural design, graphics, fulfillment and logistics. Among the many packaging logistics solutions we offer are co-packing (or contract packing) and assembly of retail displays before they go into the store. These services are important for a variety of reasons:

  1. Quality Control:
Co-packing and assembling a retail display before it goes into retail allows for quality control checks before transporting it. Defects and issues are identified and corrected before the display reaches the retail environment, ensuring that the display meets the desired quality standards and looks its best in-store.
  2. Time Savings:
Co-packing and assembling a retail display before it goes into retail saves time in the store. The display is quickly and easily set up in-store, allowing store personnel to focus on other important tasks. This also helps to ensure that the display is set up correctly and in a way that maximizes its impact and effectiveness.
  3. Efficiency:
Co-packing and assembling a retail display before it goes into a store is more efficient than assembling it in-store. The display is assembled in a controlled environment, with all the necessary materials and equipment readily available. This ensures that the display is constructed correctly and efficiently.
  4. Brand Image:
Co-packing and assembling a retail display before it goes into retail ensures that the display looks its best when displayed in-store. This helps to enhance the brand image, ensuring that the display effectively communicates the brand’s message and values.

Amazon FBA Prep Services

FBA Prep (Amazon)

Amazon moves fast. So do we.

Berkley’s FBA prep program handles every step between your PO and the Amazon fulfillment center – accurate, compliant, and on time. From carton checks and FNSKU labeling to kitting, poly-bagging, palletizing, and shipment creation in Seller Central, our team keeps your inventory flowing without chargebacks or delays.

We work like an extension of your operations: clear communication, photo documentation, and QC at every hand-off. Whether you’re launching a new ASIN, bundling seasonal kits, or replenishing at scale, we prep to Amazon’s current standards and the specific requirements of your destination FC.

What we handle

  • FNSKU & barcode mapping, printing, application (and covering all manufacturer barcodes)

  • Poly-bagging & shrink (with required suffocation warnings), bubble-wrap, taping, and over-boxing

  • Kitting & bundling (sets, multi-packs, giftable packs), inserts & literature

  • Case pack & cartonization per your item master; box ID labels

  • Palletization to Amazon specs, pallet labels, LTL or Small Parcel workflows

  • Seller Central: shipment creation, box/pallet label generation, ASN details

  • QC & compliance checks (dimensions, weights, prep type, label scannability)

  • Lot/expiration tracking (where applicable) and photo documentation

  • Returns, rework & re-prep for refused or non-compliant FC returns

Our Step-by-Step FBA Prep Process

  1. Intake & Work Order

Receive your PO/SKU list and prep requirements (kitting rules, packaging type, label placement, ship-to FC). We confirm timelines before work starts.

  2. Receiving & Count

Check in cartons/pallets, verify quantities, and flag any damage or mismatches. Items are staged by SKU for prep.

  3. Item Validation

Match each SKU to the correct ASIN/FNSKU, confirm prep type (bag, bubble, box, over-box, set), and ensure all manufacturer barcodes to be covered are identified.

  4. Prep Execution

Perform required poly-bagging/shrink, bubble wrap, tamper seals, inserts, and kitting/bundling. Apply suffocation warnings where required by Amazon standards.

  5. FNSKU Labeling

Print and apply FNSKU labels; cover any other scannable barcodes on the unit. Spot-scan to verify readability.

  6. Cartonization & Case Pack

Pack units to your case-pack rules, weigh/measure cartons, and record exact dims/weights for Seller Central. Apply Box ID labels generated from the shipment plan.

  7. Pallet Build (if LTL/FTL)

Palletize to current Amazon specs for the destination FC (pattern, height, wrap, corner boards if required). Apply Pallet ID labels.

  8. Shipment Creation & Documents

Build the shipment in Seller Central (SPD or LTL), finalize contents, generate labels, and share a packout + photos. Coordinate pickup or schedule a delivery appointment when required.

  9. QC & Sign-off

Final compliance check: counts, labels, dims/weights, and photo set. Nothing leaves without passing QC.

  10. Track & Reconcile

Monitor the shipment until received by Amazon. If an FC flags something, we rework/re-prep fast and close the loop with your team.
