Jeff Berkley is a seasoned packaging industry veteran with over 40 years of experience. He began his career in the early 1980s and quickly made a name for himself with his innovative packaging designs. In1983, he launched his first packaging design company, Conceptual Design Industries, which eventually transformed into a full-service manufacturing and thermoforming company rebranded as Berkley Industries.
In 1995, Jeff expanded into manufacturing and formed Berkley Packaging, which quickly grew into a leading provider of packaging solutions for a wide range of industries. In 2000, he received an “offer he couldn’t refuse,” and sold the business, allowing him to retire at 47 years old.
But Jeff’s passion for packaging and his entrepreneurial spirit couldn’t be contained for long. He soon grew restless and decided to bootstrap a new company with his son, Eric, who was about to graduate from the University of Denver.
Today, Jeff enjoys advising Eric and playing golf, and is involved in many charitable organizations.
