Eric Berkley is the CEO of Berkley, a leading provider of turnkey solutions for packaging and retail displays. He co-founded the company with his father, Jeff Berkley, in 2012 while still in college. After talking his dad out of retirement over winter break, they launched the company from Eric’s fraternity room.
Under Eric’s leadership, Berkley has expanded nationwide and established itself as a trusted partner for some of the world’s most recognized brands. In 2016, recognizing an opportunity in Bentonville, Arkansas, for a nimble, entrepreneurial company to enter the market following significant industry consolidation, Berkley expanded into the region, where it continues to thrive. To further enhance its capabilities, Berkley entered full-scale manufacturing with the acquisition of Berkley Nashville, a corrugated sheet plant, solidifying its position as an industry leader.
Berkley has also prioritized building a robust national sales team to support its growing nationwide footprint. With representatives strategically positioned across key markets, the company ensures a local presence while delivering unparalleled service to clients. By fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, Berkley empowers its sales force to exceed customer expectations, identify new opportunities, and drive sustained growth.
Our commitment to operational excellence, combined with a relentless focus on customer satisfaction, has positioned Berkley as a dynamic force in the packaging and logistics industry. With an expanding network, state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities, and a dedicated team, Berkley is poised to continue delivering exceptional value to clients and stakeholders alike.
