From sales representation to packaging and displays,
we will represent your brand with pride.
We are a team dedicated to developing innovative solutions to help our customers sell more product and stand up against their competition in store and online.
Family owned and operated – we are here to help you succeed.
The initial concept of Berkley began in 1983 when Jeff Berkley founded Conceptual Design Industries as a designer and distributor of custom packaging in Irvine, California.
In 1995, Jeff formed Berkley Packaging as a contract packaging business to better support customer’s needs in-house. The following year, we purchased a local medical thermoforming company.
In 2012 we began manufacturing the premier sustainable packaging material, molded fiber in our Los Angeles plant.
With facilities throughout the country, we are an agile, family-owned company, combining decades of industry expertise, a highly-skilled staff and flex-labor execution teams to best serve the needs of our customers.
Berkley offers the cost advantages and creative control of an in house/on site agency without the risk and hassle of oversight.

Molded Fiber Manufacturing
Molded fiber is the most consumer identifiable packaging medium in the
market. People just get it.
Type 2 - Traditional Fiber
Think your standard egg carton or wine tray. We use this to protect fragile items as industrial packaging.
Type 2 - Pressed
An improved surface finish to the Type 2 parts with an increased dimensional tolerance to low cost traditional molded fiber solutions
Type 3 - thermoformed fiber
This type of fiber is dried in multiple heated pressing molds which gives us dense walls, minimum draft angles and remarkably smooth finishes. Berkley has the unique in house capability to manufacture this type of fiber whom is a clear choice when presentation is key.
